Terms of Service for Safe Bites
1. Training Scope
Safe Bites provides HACCP Level 1 & 2 training designed to support workplace food safety standards. This training is intended to enhance food safety culture.
2. Legal Disclaimer
Safe Bites is a training tool. Use of this app does not guarantee a specific outcome during an Environmental Health Officer (EHO) inspection. Actual premises compliance and staff implementation remain the responsibility of the user and their employer.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund for individual training tokens within 48 hours of purchase, provided the token has not yet been consumed (training has not started). Once a course is started, the service is considered "rendered," and no refunds will be issued.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
